Our roasting process allows the rays of sunlight to sweep across the the beans while roasting , thus carmelizing the sugars and creating a rich smokey body with chocolate undertones that cannot be duplicated in modern roasters. No harmful fossil fuels are used in our roasting process. Combined with our direct trade coffee process ad organic beans this is coffee as eco friendly, people friendly and a little to nothing footprint during our roasting process.
